Frequently Ask Questions
Is this a photo booth?
No. We are a roaming photography experience. There is no backdrop, no bulky equipment to hide behind, and no waiting in line. We move through your event to catch real moments while you stay present with your guests.
How fast do guests receive their magnets?
Almost instantly. Photos are edited and printed live during the event and placed on our magnetic display wall. Guests can walk over and grab their memories whenever they like—often before the music even stops.
Do guests get more than one copy?
We want everyone in the moment to have a piece of it, so we provide one copy per person in the photo, up to a maximum of four copies per image. If you prefer a different specific amount per picture, we can certainly accommodate that. Please keep in mind that each physical copy printed counts toward the total magnet allotment in your selected package.
What happens if we need more magnets?
Our packages come with a generous amount of magnets designed for your guest count. If you need more, you can add them at $3 each or upgrade to a higher package for total peace of mind.
How much space do you need?
Very little. Unlike bulky booths, we only need a small footprint for our professional printer and our display wall where guests pick up their photos.
Do you work corporate events?
Absolutely. From gala dinners to summits, we provide a sophisticated way to celebrate your brand and your people. Corporate events are custom-quoted to ensure we match your branding and scale.
Can you handle large events?
Yes. To ensure every guest is captured and the flow remains seamless, events with over 200 guests require a second roaming photographer at +$300 per hour.
Do you travel?
We love a good celebration and are happy to bring the experience to you. We cover events within 30 miles of Jacksonville at no extra cost. For locations beyond that range, a $150+ travel fee applies to help us get our team and equipment to your venue.
Do we get the digital files too?
Yes. While the physical magnet is the star of the show, you will receive a high-resolution digital gallery of every photo we captured after the event is over.
